The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, Phase 1 & 2 work summarized as the following: 1. Demolition of existing and installation of new toilet room accessories, finishes, doors, toilet partitions, etc. 3. Creation of three new toilet rooms, including minor demolition of existing conditions and installation of new partitions, doors, fixtures etc. B. Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The project generally consists of renovations to the existing toilet rooms within the high school, including replacement of toilet room fixtures, accessories, partitions, and finishes, as well as remodeling existing storage rooms into new toilet rooms. The Work will occur over two school breaks: Phase 1 during summer 2026 and Phase 2 during summer 2027. One alternate includes the renovation of an existing bathroom and the remodel of an existing storage room into a new bathroom. The estimated cost of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the project is $3,100,000.
