Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Melrose, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the construction of a 26,000-square-foot fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; fitness / recreation center; and parking garage.
Request for Elevator Trade Contractor Qualifications for Melrose Police Station. Construct a new approximately 26,000 SF Police Station and associated site work. Project consists of two stories with vehicle bays, garage, holding cells, administration area, dispatch center, fitness center and offices. Estimated total project duration is 16-18 months. Re-advertising for Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms from interested subcontractors are sought for the following categories of work: Elevators (ECC $150,000). Only prequalified General and Trade firms, who are prequalified by the Awarding Authority, will be invited to submit a bid for the Building Project pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149, 44E. The Owner's Project Manager is The Vertex Companies, LLC. and the Project Designer is Dore + Whittier. DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. RFQ Questions: Deadline: October 30, 2025 by Noon
