Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The Project consists of but not limited to: Interior renovations to vacant units at 489 Lebanon St. and 969 Main St. Both units are upper floors of two-family wood-framed houses. Work includes: new finishes and cabinetry, painting, plumbing, electrical, new heating systems, new electrical service, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, lead remediation. Site work at 969 Main St. includes a new water line from the street and new underground electrical service. Reconstruct an exterior wood-framed stair and new concrete walkway in the back yard.
