Description

Site work and addition to a playground / park / athletic field in Cincinnati, Ohio. Working plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field.

Electronic bids are requested for furnishing all labor and materials for the Dogwood Park Tot Lot Project, which includes the addition of new playground equipment and the reconfiguration of an existing play space. The project is federally assisted and subject to federal laws and related acts referenced in the bid package. Bids must include all requested information, the full name of the submitting party, and all interested persons. If advanced payment is needed beyond equipment downpayment, a Surety Bond for the full value may be required per section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. The project must be completed within 180 calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates for Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the Village of Mariemont as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. The Village Council reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any and all bids.
