Bidders Must Be Pre-qualified in Compliance With Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 279c.430 by the Oregon Department of Transportation in the Class of Work "Acp" Prior to the Date Bids Are Due. Bids Submitted by a Bidder Who is Not Prequalified Prior to the Date Bids Are Due Will Be Rejected as Non-responsive.
