All work for the complete construction of Armstrong Pavilion Renovation and Addition will be under prime bid packages to be listed under Section 01 12 00 - Multiple Contract Summary, included in the Specifications. Bidders must submit itemized bids, executed on State Form 96 and a Supplementary Bid Form, accompanied by the Contractor's Financial Statement from the most recent completed year. Bidders must also visit the project site to familiarize themselves with the conditions as they exist and as they will be encountered during the execution of the work. Bids shall be delivered in a sealed envelope including the bidder's name, bid package number, address, and telephone number. Patterson Horth, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty days after the bid opening.
