The Kaskaskia Regional Port District (KRPD), a political subdivision of the State of Illinois created under 70 ILCS 1830, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQS) from qualified professional engineering firms to provide planning, design, permitting, and construction-related services for various intermodal, rail, maritime, industrial, and port infrastructure projects under a multi-year term contract. KRPD intends to select multiple firms to enter into Master Services Agreements for a three (3)-year period, with the option, at the sole discretion of the District, to extend the contract for an additional two (2) years. Task orders will be issued on a project-by-project basis, no minimum amount of work is guaranteed. This solicitation establishes a pre-qualified pool of engineering consultants capable of supporting KRPD's capital improvement program for projects that may include: Rail and intermodal infrastructure Marine and river terminal facilities Industrial site development Roadway, drainage, and utility improvements Structural, geotechnical, and environmental engineering Construction engineering and resident inspection Grant documentation and reporting support KRPD reserves the right to add or remove services as needed on a project by project basis Provide three (3) hard copies and one (1) digital copy (USB or email).
