Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,203-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.

The Project consists of construction of a new free-standing 2,203 square foot Administration Building and associated site infrastructure upgrades to support the new building, including but not limited to selective demolition, paved parking and drives, on-site utilities, and a detention pond. Bidders must submit one hardcopy and one thumb drive copy of their proposal in a sealed envelope, including acknowledgment of any addenda if applicable, a Bid Bond, Certificate of Liability Insurance, a completed Form 1295 Certificate of Interested Parties, and an A305 - 2020 Exhibit or equivalent with information for evaluation purposes. The contract will be awarded based on the best value for the Owner using weighted criteria: purchase price (45%), reputation (10%), quality of goods/services (5%), extent to which goods/services meet Owner's needs (10%), experience with government entities (10%), and completeness of the bid (20%). Each bid must include a Bid Bond of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid. The successful bidder must provide Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Failure to provide a completed Form 1295 Certificate of Interested Parties at the time of contract execution will prevent contract execution.
