The City of Cleveland invites written Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms with expertise in providing comprehensive Wayfinding Services for Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, Burke Lakefront Airport, and North Coast Harbor. Services include planning, design, management, and implementation of wayfinding systems for both landside and airside areas, as required by the Department of Port Control. The selected firm will provide staff augmentation and report to the Assistant Director of Marketing Communications and Guest Experience. Firms must demonstrate competence and experience in aviation wayfinding, signage, environmental graphics, and user experience. Responsibilities include assessing current conditions, developing a standardized strategy, creating design guidelines, and implementing improvements to enhance clarity, accessibility, and consistency of the wayfinding system. The objective is to modernize the existing wayfinding system, improve passenger circulation, reduce confusion, enhance accessibility, and support a positive airport experience throughout the terminal’s remaining operational life.
