Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Bid for Furnishing Manhole/Catch Basin Frames and Covers” and submitted to the Town Clerk prior to the bid opening. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five days after the bid opening. The Board reserves the right to consider any bid informal if not properly prepared and submitted per specifications and contract documents, may waive informalities, make an award to other than the low bidder if in the Town's best interest, or reject any or all bids.
