Renovation of a water / sewer project in Somerset, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project entails the rehabilitation of the Reservoir Knob Water Tanks. Work includes proper tool cleaning, priming, and over-coating of each of the exterior and interior tank structures. All major and/or minor renovations and repairs of each of the three tanks will be addressed during the rehabilitation process as well. Bidders must deposit security with their Bid in the amount, form, and conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid will be accepted unless the bidder is a registered plan holder, which requires purchasing at least one set of documents from Lynn Imaging and providing accurate name and contact information. Partial sets of documents will not be provided. Half-sized sets may be purchased for the full price. Digital download sets are available for half the full price. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their Bid within sixty consecutive calendar days after the date of opening.
