The Port is updating its Sewer Infrastructure Master Plan (Project) to ensure the long-term reliability and resiliency of its sewer collection and conveyance systems. Since the adoption of the 2013 Sewer Infrastructure Master Plan (Attachment K), new development and aging infrastructure have resulted in changing system demands, highlighting the need for updated condition assessments and modernized hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. To support the successful delivery of this Project, the Port is seeking a qualified consultant to update the Sewer Infrastructure Master Plan, develop a 20-year Sewer Capital Improvement Program (CIP), and update sewer design criteria and standards.
