Sealed proposals are requested for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project known as HOC-CR VAR RESURFACING FY2026. Bidders must submit a Bid Bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check/cashier's check for ten percent of the bid amount. The proposal must include the full names of all parties involved and evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity, as well as a complete listing of all subcontractors. Bidders must be prequalified through ODOT. Contractors and subcontractors are required to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor where practicable, and must comply with equal employment opportunity requirements and prevailing wage rates as set by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. The Hocking County Commissioners reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
