The contractor must supply all materials and labor, and the project includes the removal and disposal of the existing Watertronics HCVE-30/305VC Pump Station, disconnecting and reconnecting suction and supply waterlines, electrical reconnections, installation of a new comparable pump station (with the addition of cellular-based remote monitoring and control capabilities), and the start-up and training on the operation of the new system. The new system must include an automatic priming system and an HDPE suction line with appropriate foot valve and float. The contractor is required to have a minimum of five consecutive years of golf course pumping system installation and repair experience, including at least one municipal installation with the proposed equipment provider, and to be an approved installer of the proposed pumping station for at least five years. Proof of insurance and compliance with prevailing wage laws, OSHA certification, and workforce participation requirements are mandatory. Bidders must submit sealed bids addressed to the Town Manager's Office, with all required forms, a bid deposit of at least 5% of the proposed work's value, at least three relevant references, and insurance certificates.
