The project includes the full depth reconstruction (patching) of select locations throughout the Sleepy Hollow Subdivision just outside the City of Gillette, Wyoming. The project includes a base bid with approximately 890 SY of Removal of PCCP, 1,510 SY of 6" Aggregate Base Installed, 1,310 SY of 7.5" Concrete Installed, 11 Water Valve Boxes to be adjusted, and other related work. The project also includes several bid alternates with a total of approximately 630 SY of Removal of PCCP, 760 SY of 6" Aggregate Base Installed, 670 SY of 7.5" Concrete Installed, and other related work. A bid bond shall be the only acceptable form of bid security and shall be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders. At time of executing the contract documents the contractor shall provide security contract (performance and payment bonds) in accordance with the general conditions and w.S. 15-1-113 and 16-6-112.
