Question Deadline 02/06/2026 at 3:00 PM PT Requests for interpretation of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Garrett Roffe, District Engineer at SLVWD in writing t Sealed bids are to be delivered to SLVWD, and will be publicly opened and read aloud. Late bids will be returned unopened. Bidders may review contract documents at the specified location or on the San Lorenzo Valley Water District website. The contract period is set at 150 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages are set at $1,000 for each calendar day of unauthorized delay. Payment and performance bonds, each for not less than 100% of the contract price, are required from the awarded bidder. Bidders must comply with and agree to all instructions and requirements provided.
