Renovation of an office development in Storrs Mansfield, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
This project includes restoration of brick masonry façade components at wall openings, below parapet caps, and at vertical brick masonry wall returns. The work that will be required includes but is not limited to the following Remove clean and re-install coping stones including new thru-wall flashing, stainless steel pins, sealants and lead T-caps. Remove and replace damaged, spalled, cracked, and deteriorated bricks including repointing at parapets above walkways. Rebuild brick walls at step cracks and add joint stitching. Repair masonry bulge including coating existing beam, new flexible flashing and metal drip edge. Only contractors with previous experience in the required scope for this project are eligible to submit their cost proposal and statement of qualifications. 00-3001 - 16 Question Deadline: 03/31/2026 at 2:00 PM ET - All Requests for Information (RFI) questions are to be posted under the Q&A Board Tab in the HuskyBuy sourcing event for this Solicitation.
