Bid price and scope ofwork required shall include the following unless otherwise stated: Demolition and removal of all structures, accessory structures, well/pump houses, old fencing, walls, signs, sign poles, foundations, basements, pools, footings, walkways, steps and remove slab on the parcels (ifapplicable). o Remove all items left on property to include trailers, box trailers, junk vehicles, storage bins and fencing (ifapplicable). o Unless specified, asphalt or concrete parking surfaces and driveways are to remain. o Disturbed areas ofthe lot must be smooth and graded to allow for proper natural drainage and growth. o Ifnecessary, approved fill must be added to bring excavated areas to the grade ofthe existing lot. o Straw and seed removed slab foundation and disturbed areas. o Removal ofall rubbish, trash and debris, tall weeds, tall grass and undergrowth from the entire site including cut limbs, logs, downed trees, organic debris piles (if applicable) on property.
