Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Burlingame, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists the removal of existing parking meter poles along Anita Road, Bellevue Avenue, Broadway, California Drive, Chapin Avenue, City Parking Lots, Highland Avenue, Howard Avenue, Lorton Avenue, North Lane, Park Road, Primrose Road, South Lane, and West Lane. Exact locations along the above-mentioned streets will be verified in the field with the City of Burlingame Police Department Staff. A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project. Question Deadline 02/03/2026 at 2:00 PM PT The Contractor shall possess a Class A license prior to submitting a bid. All contractors and subcontractors will be required to submit a California Air Resources Board (CARB) compliance statement with the bid proposal. Failure to submit this statement may result in a nonresponsive bid. All work specified in this project, shall include the base bid and alternate bids (if shown in Proposal), and shall be completed within 30 of Working Days (WD) (thirty working days) from date of the Notice to Proceed.
