Various restoration methods may be involved such as vegetation management, regrading, and potential subgrade replacement or surface scarifying to enhance infiltration capabilities and maintain conveyance capacity. There are four facilities included in this project: 1. Gondola Plaza Rain Garden 2. Galena Plaza Rain Garden 3. Spring and Main Rain Garden 4. Prockter Open Space Constructed Wetlands Question Deadline 02/23/2026 at 11:59 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held from 10 AM to 11 AM on date, at 427 Rio Grande Place, Aspen, Co 81611 in the East Maroon Pass Conference Room on the 2nd floor of City Hall or online through Microsoft Teams. Attendance at the preproposal conference is optional. All in-person attendants are welcome to join a field visit from 11 AM to 12 PM with the project manager to the stormwater treatment facilities. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or accept what is, in its judgment, the Proposal which is in the City's best interest. The City further reserves the right, in the best interests of the City, to accept a late submittal or to waive any technical defects or irregularities in any and all Proposals submitted.
