Reference Number 0000412862 The goal of this project is to physically verify the material of twelve (12) water service lines within the City of Aspen by performing hydrovac potholing at each designated location. Verification supports the City's compliance with the EPA Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR), Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI), and CDPHE requirements. The Contractor's primary responsibility is to safely expose the service line at each location, allow City staff to perform material identification, and restore all disturbed areas in accordance with City of Aspen Engineering Standards. Work occurs across asphalt, concrete, historic brick, and landscaped surfaces.
