The City of Nicholls, Georgia is requesting responses from qualified firms interested in providing architectural and engineering services in connection with Hurricane Helene. The work expected includes design and oversight for the Nicholls Gymnasium located at 201 North Liberty Street, Nicholls, GA 31554. All work performed must comply with federal and state requirements and guidelines, including the FEMA PA Program and Policy Guide FP 104-009-02. Any resulting contract will contain all required clauses as found in FEMA's contract provisions template. Submissions must be made online through the DFS Procurement Portal. Required submission components include: a Qualification Package (Technical Response), References, List of Subcontractors, Basis of Pricing, and a Contractor Affidavit under O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91(b)(1).
