Renovation of a swimming pool in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,500-square-foot swimming pool.

Project Scope includes but is not limited to: joint repair and sealing, surface grinding of the shallow and mid depth area, sandblasting of the deep end walls. Work must be coordinated with the City's Community Enrichment and Recreation Director. The pool vessel area is approximately 13,500 square feet and holds approximately 380,000 gallons. All work must meet safety standards and be delivered on time and within budget restraints. All bidders must meet onsite with the Community Enrichment & Recreation Director, or designee, prior to submitting a bid; this meeting will be documented and used to ensure the contractor is familiar with all work required. No bid can be received or considered unless accompanied by a certified check equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, or a bid bond in equal amount payable to the City as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within ten days from the date of the lowest responsible bidder's bid acceptance. In case the bidder fails to file such contract and bond within the time set by the City, the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages. All bidders must have Bidder's Proof of Responsibility on file by the specified deadline.
