The work includes common excavation, placement of geotextile fabric, installation of 4400 square yards of 6-inch 1-1/4 base over 6 inches of 3-inch breaker course, laying 3640 square yards of 1.75-inch hot mix asphalt binder course, laying 3640 square yards of 2.25-inch hot mix asphalt surface course, turf establishment for 900 square yards, installation of 230 lineal feet of 12-inch storm sewer, and installation of 1800 cubic yards and 20 vertical feet of 30 catch basins (storm). All work must be performed in accordance with the specifications and contract. Bidders, including subcontractors, must submit Bidder's Proof of Responsibility forms. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent of the bid. The Board of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
