City Of Lake Geneva Project 2025-08 Oak Hill Cemetery Sexton Shed Soliciting sealed bids for project 2025-08, involving installation of a 30’ x 40' utility shed at Oak Hill Cemetery. Bids must be sealed, submitted on official forms, and clearly marked with the project name, bidder, and opening information. Undated, unsigned, late, incomplete, emailed or faxed bids will not be considered. Hand delivery is advised. A pre-qualification packet must be submitted before the bid opening via the city website, and the bid will not be awarded until pre-qualification is approved. A 5% surety bond may be required. All bids shall be F.O.B. destination, prepaid and allowed to the Clerk’s Office with no additional charges. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous. Additional requirements are included in the project packet. Bidders are not to contact any City Staff or Elected Official other than those listed as a contact in the official packet; failure to comply will result in disqualification. The City of Lake Geneva is exempt from Federal Excise Tax and State Sales Tax; bids should exclude these taxes.
