Sealed bids are invited for the demolition of the Airport Terminal Building located at 275 Lloyd Stearman Dr in the City of Galesburg for the Public Works Department. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, and Payment and Performance Bonds are required. Vendors must comply with all applicable EEO laws and regulations, the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, the Illinois Preference Act (30 ILCS 570), the Human Relations Act, and all pertinent federal and state rules and regulations. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid complies with the invitation and is most advantageous to the City of Galesburg, considering price and other factors.
