Sealed cost proposals are invited for various exterior masonry repairs at Galesburg City Hall, 55 W Tompkins St, Galesburg, IL. The project requires compliance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and the Illinois Preference Act (30 ILCS 570), as well as submission of performance and payment bonds. Compliance with the Human Relations Act, all pertinent federal and state rules and regulations, and applicable EEO laws is mandatory. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal in whole or in part. The contract will be awarded based on the proposal that best meets the project’s goals and is most advantageous to the City, considering price and other factors.
