Teton County is soliciting bids from qualified Construction Contractors to support site preparation, venue construction, event setup, on-call support, and teardown for the annual Teton County Fair. The selected Contractor will provide labor, equipment, and operational support necessary to prepare all venues, maintain safe and functional event spaces throughout Fair Week, and restore the Fairgrounds to their pre-Fair condition. The construction contract shall be awarded for an initial one-year term, with the option for the Owner to renew the contract for two additional one-year terms, for a total potential contract term of three years. Renewal of the contract for subsequent years shall be at the sole discretion of Teton County, subject to satisfactory performance, continued need for services, and annual appropriation of funds by the Teton County Fair Board. The service period for each contract year shall correspond with the dates and requirements set forth in the Scope of Work for that respective Fair year. Sealed bids must be received prior to the specified deadline. Preference is given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied, or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside of the state. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities and irregularities in proposals.
