renovation work at the DavisRamoth K-12 Memorial School located in Selawik, Alaska at 2600 Musk Ox Parkway, Selawik, Alaska. Bids must be accompanied by an executed bid bond on the form provided in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid or $5,000 whichever is greater. If the Bid Security does not accompany the bid at the time of the bid opening, the bid shall be considered nonresponsive. See Paragraph 1.5 BONDS/AFFADAV IT, of the Instructions to Bidders for complete details. The Northwest Arctic Borough School District (District) is soliciting bids for all materials and labor necessary for renovation work at Davis-Ramoth Memorial School located in Selawik. The Work shall achieve Substantial Completion by August 13, 2027. Final completion shall be September 30, 2027. The Northwest Arctic Borough School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, consider additional alternates and further reserves the right to waive informalities in bidding procedures. Questions shall be submitted in written form and addressed to Dena Strait of NWABSD by 2 pm AKDT January 14, 2026. Oral questions are not binding for the proposal.
