Defence Construction Canada is inviting contractors and suppliers to apply to be placed on an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil work required by the Department of National Defence at 15 Wing Moose Jaw. The OCSL will be used to tender construction services for projects with an estimated value of $10 million and below. Contractors and suppliers must submit a request for placement on the OCSL through MERX and indicate their preferred official language (English or French). Only those registered on the OCSL will be eligible to bid on tenders. Contractors and suppliers must maintain an active MERX account and keep their business information up to date. Faxed, mailed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Additional pre-qualification requirements or performance standards may apply for specific tenders, and tenders may be set aside for Indigenous businesses in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). Contracts may include organization and personnel security requirements. Contractors are subject to DCC’s Procurement Code of Conduct and may be removed from the OCSL if deemed non-compliant or ineligible. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
