Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project involves the reconstructing and widening of the existing 9th Street at-grade rail crossing. Major elements of Work include excavation, surfacing, paving, curb and gutter, sidewalk, signing, striping, landscaping, illumination and other Work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Special Provisions, and the 2025 WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications. The order of magnitude is approximately $600,000 to $650,000. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered.
