The scope of work includes the reconstruction of approximately 550 linear feet of roadway with asphalt pavement and concrete curb and gutter, relay of 550 linear feet of water main, 370 linear feet of sanitary sewer, and 140 linear feet of storm sewer, and replacement of 1,810 square feet of concrete sidewalk including curb ramps. The bid must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5% of the bidder's maximum bid price. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any bid which it deems advantageous. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
