Contractors are invited to offer a bid on Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery Flagpole Replacement and Maintenance in Randolph Center, VT for the State of Vermont Military Department. This contract work will consist of providing all labor, materials, and equipment for replacing and maintaining flagpoles at the Veterans Cemetery located at Randolph Center, VT. Documents may be obtained from Collin Johnson, collin.johnson@vermont.gov. There is no fee for these documents. There will be a mandatory walk-through meeting for bidders at the site on 2/4/2026 at 10:30am. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. Please meet at the maintenance building located at 367 Furnace Rd., Randolph Center, VT, 05023.
