Renovation of an educational facility in Randolph Center, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
This project shall provide Construction Management services for the installation of new #2 oil boiler(s) sized for summer use, initially fed from a temporary fuel oil tank. The conversion of the existing oil boilers from #4 fuel oil to #2 fuel oil, and the replacement of the existing underground oil tanks. The conversion of the existing boilers and replacement of the fuel tanks to occur during the summer and be substantially complete by mid-October 2026. Construction management services are requested for Summer Boilers and Boiler Renovations at Wilcox Facilities Center, 251 Admin Drive, Vermont Technical College, Randolph, VT. Interested bidders must refer to all notifications, releases, and addendums posted at the designated website. It is the responsibility of bidders to periodically check the web page for updated information. Prospective bidders are instructed to attend a site visit at the specified date and location, meeting at the front door/lobby of the building. Responses must be submitted by the stated deadline.
