Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Vincennes, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids in duplicate are requested for the "New Playground for Franklin Elementary School" project at 2600 Wabash Ave, Vincennes, IN. Bids are to cover the total construction work associated with the drawing sheets and specifications. Bids must be prepared using provided bid forms, Certification of Non-Segregated Facilities, Indiana State Board of Accounts Form 96 (revised 2013), and include a completed AIA Form G705 indicating 'none' if no subcontractors are used. Bids must be accompanied by a satisfactory bid bond of at least 5% of the total bid price, payable to Vincennes Community School Corporation. Contractors must acknowledge all addenda on the bid forms. The successful contractor must provide an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each for 100% of the contract price. Performance of the work must adhere to the plans and specifications available at designated architectural and engineering offices, as well as plan rooms. Plans and specifications can be obtained in pdf format for a $25 non-refundable fee or via deposit and shipping charges for printed sets from MACO Evansville Blue.
