Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Cleveland is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Services for the Cleveland Wells Project located on Parcel 048A 079A and Parcel 048C 025. One or more qualified firms may be invited to discuss and negotiate for these services. Respondents are subject to all instructions communicated in this document and any additional terms and conditions specified. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications and waive technicalities and informalities at its discretion. Restriction of Communication: From the issue date of this RFQ until a successful proposer is selected and announced, proposers are not allowed to communicate with any members of the Selection Committee, the Owner, or staff, except for: (a) submission of questions as instructed in the RFQ, (b) during the proposer's conference (if applicable), or (c) as provided by any existing work agreement(s). Violation of this provision may result in rejection of the proposal. The RFQ package is available online. Statements of Qualifications must be delivered in accordance with the instructions in the RFQ package. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all statements of qualifications, as well as to waive technicalities and informalities.
