All work involved in this project is required to be completed in a professional workmanship like manner according to standard practices. Any alterations or deviation from specifications involving extra cost will be executed upon written orders. The selected company/contractor shall be required to carry necessary insurances until the completion of the project. In addition, the selected company shall obtain any necessary building permits, required inspections, supplies, deliveries, and a complete turnkey installation of the structure at the proposed site. This project is intended to be a design build project. Selected contractor will be responsible for all required plans, engineering, surveying, design, and complete construction.
