Requires removal of the remaining interior T- 111 paneling, the exterior vinyl siding needs to be replaced with Hardie Plank Lap Siding in Select Cedarmill finish and all painted to the County's desired color, damaged 2"x6" stud walls that will also include the seals and top plates, and some repairs to the truss system on the structure that have loose and unattached bracing. All damaged or missing insulation shall be replaced. All repairs made will need to be painted to the County's desired color. All work involved in this project is required to be completed in a professional workmanship like manner according to standard practices. Any alterations or deviation from specifications involving extra cost will be executed upon written orders. The selected company/contractor shall be required to carry necessary insurances until the completion of the project. Any contractor submitting a proposal must be a licensed commercial general contractor. In addition, the selected company shall obtain any necessary building permits, required inspections, supplies, deliveries, and a complete turnkey installation of the structure at the proposed site.
