You are invited to submit a bid for the 2026 Sidewalk Improvements project, referenced as B26041. The City of Dover, NH has approximately 80 miles of public sidewalk. Bids should comply with the attached specifications, terms, and conditions. One printed copy and one electronic version (USB) of the proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the project name and number. Proposals must be delivered to the City of Dover Purchasing/Finance Office at 288 Central Ave, 2nd Floor, Dover, NH 03820. Bidders are advised to review all provided information carefully before submitting their proposals. Question Deadline 02/12/2026 Any questions or inquiries must be submitted in writing, and, in order to be considered, must be received by the Purchasing Agent (k.cragin@dover.nh.gov) no later than seven (7) calendar days before the Request for Proposals due date and time. Any changes to the Request for Proposals will be provided to all Proposers of record. The completion date shall be September 30, 2026.
