Site work and paving for a road / highway in Barneveld, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work includes Village Roadway Chip Sealing, crack filling approximately 2,700 linear feet of roadway, and applying chip seal to approximately 14,500 square yards. Bids will only be accepted electronically through QuestCDN.com. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be offered only through QuestCDN. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by local wage rates. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. MSA Professional Services, Inc, Brian Kehrli, PE, bkehrli@msa-ps.com, (608) 355-8887, and Quest # 10026668. 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
