Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Wellsville, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The Work includes construction of a pump station consisting of a 192-foot by 8-foot by 9-foot regulating water tank, three 4-foot diameter wet wells connected to the regulating tank, a 700-foot, 15-inch diameter drain pipeline from the regulating tank to the Lower Canal, and 2,200 feet of three 3-inch diameter electrical conduits with a transformer vault. The pump station will also include installation of pumps, a pump station manifold, and all associated mechanical and structural appurtenances required for a complete and functional system. In addition to the pump station, the Project includes construction of approximately 240 feet of 36-inch diameter PVC pipeline to connect the pump station to an existing 36-inch pipeline. The pipeline construction will include all associated appurtenances and a 4-inch turnout for a group of irrigation shareholders. The Work also includes removing existing concrete structures in the canal upstream of the connection point with the existing 36-inch pipeline and backfilling the abandoned portion of the existing canal. Only bids received through will be considered. Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids. Owner anticipates that the Projects total bid price will be approximately $1,100,000 to $1,300,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 01/30/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing via the Bidding Documents Website specified in the Invitation to Bid. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
