Refuse removal at the Farley Service Plaza, Elwood, New Jersey; East Maintenance yard at milepost 5.8 westbound, Atlantic City Expressway; West Maintenance yard at milepost 39.0 eastbound, Atlantic City Expressway; Central Maintenance yard at 100 Trooper Lane, Hammonton, New Jersey; and Atlantic City International Airport, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. Pursuant to certain specifications prepared by the South Jersey Transportation Authority Department of Operations Support. Electronic bids will only be accepted through the Bid Express electronic bidding portal. Any emailed, mailed or physical bids delivered to the Authority will not be accepted and/or will be returned unopened. A Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price but not to exceed $20,000.00, is required to accompany all bid submissions. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids either in whole or in part and also to waive any minor informality in any bid or bids received. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 Mandatory Equal Employment Opportunity Regulations.
