Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Metter, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Candler County, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, acting by and through its duly authorized Board of Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as "the County"), is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide repair, restoration, and limited replacement services for multiple interior areas of the Candler County Courthouse as described in the Scope of Work. The County reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, accept proposals in whole or in part, to waive technicalities, and to make awards in the best interest of the County and in compliance with State law.
