Sewer improvements including replacing clay sewer mains with 1,140 LF of 10-inch HDPE using pipe bursting, 4-inch PVC sewer lateral, manhole rehabilitation, service reconnection, cleanouts, and point repairs. Miscellaneous site work includes removing and replacing 6-inch concrete driveway, 4-inch concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, and asphalt paving, plus grassing, grading, traffic control, and erosion control.
