Reference Number 00004875258 VCC invites submissions to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish a prequalified roster of Electrical Contractors for major electrical infrastructure projects at VCC Broadway Campus over a three (3) year period. The intent of this RFQ is to pre-qualify Electrical Contractors with the technical, safety, and financial capacity to undertake large-scale electrical infrastructure and equipment replacement projects. Two (2) upcoming projects include: o A primary electrical transformer replacement project o A major 25 kV ready electrical infrastructure, which may include new switchgear or a step-down transformer project VCC anticipates pre-qualifying up to five (5) Electrical Contractors. Pre-qualified contractors will then be invited to participate in subsequent Invitations to Bid (ITBs) for individual projects during the RFQ term. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform
