Scope of work to include, but not limited to demolition and disposal of designated concrete sidewalk pads (see attached map, photographs, and video), locate and repair water leak in the chiller line, backfill/compact, prepare site, replace with new concrete to be 4” thick at 4,000 PSI, reinforced with rebar and doweled into adjacent existing concrete pads (see attached drawings for concrete paving and concrete to existing concrete) elevation and broom finish to match adjacent existing concrete. Total area is approximately 60 square feet of concrete pad. The chiller line is a 4” line inside of a 6” insulated sleeve. Proposer to field verify all measurements and/or quantities. Proposer to provide construction chain link fencing around the construction site to ensure no access to the construction site area. Initial start-up and operation of equipment to be verified with District designated representative(s). Punch list walk.
