Description

Site work for a civil project in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.

Work includes the installation of a storm sewer system along Coventryville Road and replacement of culvert across Coventryville Road for unnamed tributary stream south of Pigeon Creek. Bidders are required to attend and remain for the duration of a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit. All questions must be submitted electronically on PennBid. The bid must include all costs incidental to the work. Products must be prequalified as "equals" as described by the Information to Bidders. Bidders must meet the standards set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn, or canceled within 60 days following the receipt date without written consent. South Coventry Township reserves full discretion to award or not award the contract, and to waive informalities, irregularities, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all bids.
