Roberts School District is Soliciting Bids for: French Creek Elementary School Site Improvements. All Questions, During the Bidding Period, Should Be Addressed in Writing, in the Form of Email to the Project Engineer K&w to the Attention of Carolyn Dubois at Cdubois@kandwengineers.com. Project Site Visits May Be Scheduled by Contacting Michael Shelgren at Mshelgren@ojrsd.net 610-469-5154. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, a Cashier's Check, or the Bid of an Approved Surety Company, in an Amount of Not Less Than 10% of the Amount of the Proposal. Check or Bond Shall Be Drawn in Favor of the Owen J. Roberts School District. Proposals May Not Be Withdrawn by the Bidder for a Period Not to Exceed Sixty (60) Calendar Days Following the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof, Except as Provided by Act No. 4 (1974) of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Owen J. Roberts School District Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, and to Waive Any Bid Irregularities as Permitted Under Pennsylvania Law.
