Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.
The project is awarded to JBM Mechanical but the awarded amount is not available. The Board of School Directors of the Owen J. Roberts School District is soliciting bids for Capital Mechanical Improvements at the Middle School, West Vincent Elementary School, and North Coventry Elementary School. Sealed bids will be received by the Director of Facilities until the stated deadline. PRIME CONTRACTORS can register and obtain contract documents through BLUEDGE. Payment for documents is by credit card only, and Prime Contractors are responsible for delivery costs. Requests for bid documents must include a shipping address, telephone and fax numbers, contact person, and e-mail address for addenda. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 10% of the proposal, drawn in favor of the school district. Proposals may not be withdrawn for 60 calendar days following the bid opening. The district reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bid irregularities permitted by law.
