The Montgomery County Community College will receive sealed bids for Hanover Lot Asphalt Maintenance & Repair. This Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Law, approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442), as amended, and reference is made to the prevailing minimum wage rates applicable to this Project which have been promulgated by the Secretary of Labor and Industry.
